The Throw a Tea Party The Standard Party fits the format of most of the other theme parties. The party is 90 minutes long with just 5-10 minutes set up prior to the party, a brief story and activities for 45 minutes, food and cake for 30 minutes and it ends with a 15 minute treasure hunt. Many girls LOVE to help and so this party revolves around them preparing the party. The girls make the food, set the table, get dressed for tea with accessories such as crowns, gloves, jewelry, purses, parasol and fan, add a little bit of glitter make-up, and then enjoy the tea party with birthday cake (you supply the cake). The girls take turns serving each other or themselves with cold water in the small tea pots for safe stain free spills. Then they add their flavor from the mini creamer for a delicious pink tea. After tea, they get un-accessorized and do the dishes and put things away. Then we have the treasure hunt that leads them to the treat bags (extra fee or supply your own) and the party is over. (If you want the birthday girl to open presents, you can do so at this point and extend the time of the party without us. You can also extend the party by 30 minute increments for an additional $50 hosted fee.) This is the perfect tea party for girls age 4 and up. The party is our standard pricing for a 90 minute party of only $200 for 8 children (boys may attend) and $15 for each additional child. The Madeline Tea Party This party fits the format of most of the other theme parties. The party is 90 minutes long with just 5-10 minutes set up prior to the party, a brief story and activities for 45 minutes, tea and cake for 30 minutes and it ends with a 15 minute treasure hunt. The maximum number of girls is 12 (boys may attend). This party is NOT recommended in Summer because the costumes are warm. This party does not concentrate on the tea portion, it is just an added feature to cake time. Before tea and cake, they take off their jacket & hats. Then we have the treasure hunt that leads them to the treat bags (extra fee or supply your own) and the party is over. (If you want the birthday girl to open presents, you can do so at this point and extend the time of the party without us. You can also extend the party by 30 minute increments for an additional $50 hosted fee.) Your hostess comes dressed in a black robe (for FREE) representing the Teacher. This is the perfect tea party for girls age 3 to 7 years old. The Madeline theme is also ideal for a Do It Yourself Party. The costumes can be shipped all over the world. Rental is $10 per costume per week (free adult robe rental) plus shipping. Strawberry Shortcake Tea Party This party fits the format of most of the other theme parties. Strawberries, fruit & cookies will be brought and actual grocery costs will be added to the final bill. We can bring individual Strawberry Shortcakes in place of cake, or you can provide the cake. Ask the birthday girl which she would prefer. Then we have the treasure hunt that leads them to the treat bags (extra fee or supply your own) and the party is over. Teddy Bear & Tutu Tea Party This party is similar in format to the other theme parties can can be adapted to Pooh, Cookie Monster, Elmo and other stuffed animals or characters. The party is 90 minutes long with just 5-10 minutes set up prior to the party, story-time, songs, activities, treasure hunt and tea party with cake for 90 minutes. This party is not structured in specific times because of the age and attention span of the kids. The maximum number of kids is 8 (boys may attend). The treasure hunt is for honey pots, cookies or gold coins. The costumes and accessories for this party are tutus and hats for the girls and teddy bears (vest & hat for the boys). This is the perfect tea party for girls age 1 to 4 years old. The Hosted Party is our standard pricing for a 90 minute party at only $200 for 8 children, 8 teddy bears and 8 moms. A $75 deposit is required to reserve your date and time. The deposit in non-refundable but fully transferrable.
Attend a Tea Party The Deluxe Party is a more formal event where the guests come dressed for tea and enjoy a beautiful sit down tea party event. We come anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes prior to the party to prepare the food, set the table and decorate including the center piece. When the girls arrive, we start with reading the story, "No Dragon's for Tea". Then each of the girls accessorize for with crowns, gloves, jewelry, purses, parasol and fan, add a little bit of glitter make-up and then sit down for tea. Before tea begins, we have a crowning of the Birthday Princess ceremony. Then the girls enjoy some food, pink lemonade or apple juice, and birthday cake (extra fee). The food and beverages are being served for them so they can spend time socializing. We would then play the "Chocolate Bar" game at the table. The next game can be done at the table or move to a circle on the floor for "Pass the Present" game and opening presents. We would then un-accessorize and have a treasure hunt leading to the treat bags (extra fee or supply your own) and the party is over. (You can extend the party by 30 minute increments for an additional $50 hosted fee.) The party time is 2 hours and the total time we spend at your home approximately 3 - 4 hours with set-up and break-down. The party is $350 for 8 children and $15 for each additional child (boys may attend). A $75 deposit is required to reserve your date and time. The deposit in non-refundable but fully transferrable with 48 hours notice. You can also add a 30 minute craft at the beginning for an additional $5 per child.
The Royal Dress-up Tea Party The Royal Party Package is a 3 hour party that includes a craft and full dress-up. We come to your home 30 to 60 minutes ahead of time to set up and bring a wardrobe box castle filled with costumes and accessories. We prepare the food, set the table and decorate including the center piece. When the girls arrive, we start with a craft. This might be decorating a treasure chest, straw hat or picture frame. Then we read the story, "No Dragon's for Tea". Now it is time to get dressed for tea. With the wave of a magic wand, the girls are turned into princesses and able to choose from multiple princess dresses including the Disney Princesses. Boys would be able to dress like dragons or knights. We play a game of "Pass the Dragon" and when someone is out, they get to have make-up and tattoos applied to them. After everyone is out, we sit down for tea. We have a crowning of the Birthday Princess ceremony. The children then enjoy some food, pink lemonade or apple juice, and birthday cake (extra fee). The food and beverages are being served for them so they can spend time socializing. We then play the "Chocolate Bar" game at the table. We then move away from the table and the children are able to change costumes. After some of that and accessorizing, we open presents. This is done in an organized game fashion. Next the children all are changed back into normal little boys and girls and we play a game of find the wand and count to 20 and find the crown and count to 20. The mom would then facilitate a game of "Pin the Horn on the Unicorn" while we are putting the costumes away (inventory). The grand finale is the treasure hunt leading to the treat bags (extra fee or supply your own). The party is $500 for 8 children and $15 for each additional child. The deposit to reserve the party is $150 and in non-refundable and non-transferrable. We are not able to do any other parties on the day of your party.

Additional Comments:
Parties for 3 and 4 year olds should NOT be more than 90 minutes long and should have fewer than ten guests.
Parties with boys should NOT have a craft.
Parties with more than 12 girls should NOT have a craft.
Themes such as Teddy or Dolly teas are no extra charge.
Dresses for 3-7 year olds can be either costumes or real tea party dresses.
Dresses for 7-12 year olds are glamour adult style dresses.
Cake and food is not included in the price.
